Shipping and Delivery
Due to changes in our warehouse operation, we will no longer merge orders from the same postcode. Please ensure before placing an order it contains all required items. It will not be possible for additional items to be added to an existing order once it has been placed.
Orders placed on our website will be shipped from directly from our UK warehouse. Options to collect stock from our physical locations are offered at the checkout.
We cannot guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates.
Shipments from our warehouse occur Mon-Fri, no shipments leave our premises at the weekend or on Bank Holidays. Orders you placed Friday PM or over the weekend will not be processed until the next working day.
Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined in your shopping cart when you place an order.
Additional charges may be incurred if we try unsuccessfully to deliver your order more than three times. Our delivery partners will leave cards to show evidence of a missed delivery and will offer a telephone number for their customer services.
Shipping and delivery cost
The cost of shipping is calculated using the volumetric weight of the cart contents and your shipping address.
Each product has a P&P volumetric weight shown on the product page.
A product may have a lower actual physical weight compared to the volumetric weight.
This is due to the calculation being based on a combination of weight and volume which fits into our standard carton.
PLEASE NOTE, LIGHTER ITEMS WITH A SIGNIFICANT PHYSICAL SIZE WILL HAVE A HIGHER VOLUMETRIC WEIGHT AS A RESULT.
